This KinderGym class designed for 2.5 years old to 4 years old refines movements and further develops gross motor movement. Cognitive and social development comes into perspective. Children overcome hurdles, build confidence and work towards independence. Kids can then focus on key movements, improving core strength and working with their centre of gravity. Gym Tots learn to take turns, play with others, understand direction and start to follow instructions. Our budding gymnasts balance, swing, continue to develop upper body strength, and practice jumping. This is a parent/caregiver assisted class.
4 Years old to pre-prep
Gym Kids is for children from 4 years old to pre-prep who are looking for more challenges. Being a little older, our Gym Kids classes enjoy more independent exploration and discovery time with their coaches. This program refines movement, core strength and focuses on both lower and upper both strength. Listening and social skills develop as children interact with others within a group. Children learn to move their bodies in all directions with forward and backwards rolls, and develop both sides of the body through balancing exercises.

Has your budding gymnast been attempting tricks at home that leave your heart in your mouth? Come along if you would like your child to be introduced to the world of Tumbling and Trampolining. Beginner Tumbling and Trampolining is the class to be in if your child has limited or no experience in this form of gymnastics. We will build fundamental skills in a fun and exciting way in order to get gymnasts to begin flipping in a consistently safe way. Tumbling and Trampolining class focuses solely on three apparatus those being: Trampoline, Double-mini Trampoline, and Tumbling. Our Coaches adapt the program to meet the needs and goals of each gymnast. Tricks up to competitive level 2 are focused on as well as safe flipping using our amazing foam pit. Come along and let your child bounce, run, trick and roll their way to a healthier version of themselves.
For Beginner children with no gymnastics experience aged 6-7 years
Skill Set:
Forward roll down wedge to stand, from front support on low bar forward roll to stand, climb to handstand at wall, Beam forward and backward walking, Front support hold 3sec, half turn to rear support hold 3sec, standing hip flexion.
For Children with minimal experience aged 7-8 years
Skill Set:
Side cartwheel near vertical, tuck swing with re-gripping, Beam ½ turn on two feet, jump off two feet, hold rope in bent arm hang 10secs climb down to straddle sit, bridge with straight arms.
The Boys Step class is designed to develop power, strength and control. This class allows boys to become familiar with apparatus such as Pommel, mushroom, rings, Vault, and Parallel Bars. As the boys achieve their skills in the steps program they then move into the next level.
We know that every little boy and girl has real-life ninja powers! Children will never be bored at Ninja Gymnastics as they race, climb, crawl and jump through our ninja obstacle courses. Ninja classes offer the ultimate warrior challenge for little ninjas to build strength and agility while testing their muscles and endurance. Ninja Gymnastics classes boost children’s confidence, focus and determination. There are no pre –requisite skills required for Ninja Gymnastics!
We recommend that children aged five and above also spend some time in our core gymnastics classes, called Y Steps. These classes help children develop the foundations to further improve their health and fitness.
Our Y STEPS program helps children develop strength, flexibility and athletic ability. These classes are perfect for school-age beginners, right through to developing junior-level gymnasts.
For Beginner children with no gymnastics experience aged 7-10 years and 10 years plus

Learn how to backflip and do tricks! Girls and boys combine passes and runs with tumbling skills to perform cartwheels, round offs, back handsprings, layouts, whips and tucks along a narrow sprung surface. We have Beginner and Intermediate Tramp and Tumbling Classes for Boys and Girls.
